Prohibited or high-risk content
What it means
The campaign involves content carriers restrict, such as SHAFT categories (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco), cannabis, or illegal content. Some of these can't be fixed by resubmitting.
How to fix it
- Check whether your use case is restricted before you submit.
- Don't resubmit the same campaign after a forbidden-content rejection.
- Remove restricted content from samples and messaging entirely.
Compliant example
A detailing shop texting reminders is fine; adding vape-shop promos to the same campaign is not.
