Opt-in flow can't be verified
What it means
Reviewers couldn't see how a person agrees to receive your texts. If they can't find or reproduce the consent step, they assume it doesn't exist.
How to fix it
- Describe exactly where consent happens (web form, booking page, keyword, paper form) and link to it or include a screenshot URL.
- Make the consent step publicly reachable without logging in.
- Make sure the description matches what a reviewer actually sees on the page.
Compliant example
Customers opt in by checking an unticked box on our booking form at example.com/book: “I agree to receive appointment texts from Example Detailing.”
